– Swiftlet Farming
Our first swiftlet house was built in 1981 in the island of Java. From then on, our swiftlet houses have grown to cover many different locations across the islands of Java, Sumatera and Kalimantan.
A complete harvesting period normally takes about 2-3 months. After harvesting, the raw bird’s nest is transported to our headquarters. Subsequently, it will be categorised under different grades and allocated to the different processing plants that we have.
– Processing
The raw bird’s nest is cleaned, shaped, dried, and packaged according to customers’ specifications and requirements. After that, our finished products, the Edible Bird’s Nest (EBN) are shipped to our various customers in different countries.
– Sales
Our sales team is responsible for catering to our customers’ needs, requests and purchases. They are also responsible for handling customers’ complaints.
